Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken
Little Red Fertility verwerkt de volgende bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens van jou:
Tijdens cursussen over Natuurlijke Gezinsplanning worden cycluskaarten ingevuld en gedeeld met de cursusbegeleider. Deze kaarten bevatten informatie over de menstruatiecyclus, gebeurtenissen die hier invloed op kunnen hebben, en geslachtsgemeenschap. Indien deze kaarten, met toestemming van de cursist, online gedeeld zijn, worden ze na het afronden van de cursus verwijderd. Het intake-formulier en de feedback worden 7 jaar bewaard.
Voor het werk als doula is het noodzakelijk gegevens bij te houden over jouw uitgerekende datum en aandachtspunten die besproken zijn tijdens de prenatals. Deze worden verwijderd wanneer het doula-traject is afgerond (na het tweede postpartum-bezoek).
Little Red Fertility verwerkt jouw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen:
– Verzenden van onze nieuwsbrief en/of reclamefolder
– Je te kunnen bellen of e-mailen indien dit nodig is om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren
– Om goederen en diensten bij je af te leveren
– Little Red Fertility analyseert jouw gedrag op de website om daarmee de website te verbeteren en het aanbod van producten en diensten af te stemmen op jouw voorkeuren.
– Little Red Fertility volgt jouw surfgedrag over verschillende websites waarmee wij onze producten en diensten afstemmen op jouw behoefte.
Hoe lang we persoonsgegevens bewaren
Little Red Fertility bewaart je persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor je gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende (categorieën) van persoonsgegevens:
– Gevoelige persoonsgegevens (cycluskaarten, informatie over zwangerschap) worden verwijderd zodra de dienst is voltooid.
– Algemene gegevens (intakeformulier, feedback): 7 jaar
Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden
Little Red Fertility deelt jouw persoonsgegevens met verschillende derden als dit noodzakelijk is voor het uitvoeren van de overeenkomst en om te voldoen aan een eventuele wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die je gegevens verwerken in onze opdracht, sluiten wij een verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van jouw gegevens. Maak in deze kopie je pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van je privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op jouw verzoek . During Natural Family Planning courses, cycle charts are completed and shared with the course instructor. These charts contain information about the menstrual cycle, events that may influence it, and sexual intercourse. If these charts have been shared online by the student, they will be deleted after completion of the course. The intake form and feedback are retained for 7 years.
For doula services, it is necessary to keep records of your due date and any points of interest discussed during prenatal care. These records will be deleted once the doula program is completed (after the second postpartum visit).
Little Red Fertility processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– Sending our newsletter and/or brochure
– To be able to call or email you if necessary to provide our services
– To deliver goods and services to you
– Little Red Fertility analyzes your behavior on the website to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences

How long personal data is stored
